Thursday, December 19th is a half day for students. Buses will dismiss at 10:10 am and car riders will dismiss at 10:20 am. Winter Break is December 20th-January 6th. Students return on January 7th, 2020!

Good News Club will begin Thursday, November 7th. Good News Club will meet every Thursday from 2:20-3:45 pm.
Reminder: Thursday, October 24th is a half day for students. Buses will dismiss at 10:20 am and Car Riders will dismiss at 10:30 am. Students will have the option for a bag lunch. There will be no school for students on Friday, October 25th.

Students in the Second Grade will be taking the CogAT and ITBS assessments during the month of October. The CogAT assessment will be administered October 15th-17th and the ITBS assessment will be administered October 21st-23rd.
If you would like for your child to get a flu shot at school, please give consent by going to http://www.scdhec.gov/slvcconsent . You will use the validation code:10160018 There will be no cost to you or your child for the flu shot received at school.
If you need to register your 5K student or a new Cherokee Trail Elementary student for the 2019-2020 school year please contact the school at 864-379-8500.
Attention CTE Parents: Wednesday, June 5th buses will dismiss at 9:45 am and car riders will dismiss at 9:50 am. Report Cards can be picked up from 7:15 am- 10:00 am.
Dismissal Information for Wednesday, May 15th: Early buses will dismiss at 12:20. Car Riders will dismiss at 12:30.
Abbeville County School District will dismiss at 1:00pm on Wednesday, May 15. As a reminder, some buses will run earlier than the 1:00pm dismissal. We wish the Dixie Hornets softball team safe travels and much success!
