7th and 8th Grade Orientation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024. 8th grade will meet at 9 am and 7th grade will meet at 11 am.
On-site registration will be held tomorrow from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. However, we strongly suggest parents register online at home because there will only be limited parking available at Dixie due to construction issues. Parents can park in the back parking lot between the school and the football field or at Erskine in the parking log behind Moffatt Dining hall.
The district uses the parent portal for registration and requires that all returning students register through the portal which means that even on-site registration must be completed online. If you would like to register your student at home but don't have your parent portal login information or have questions, please contact the school. We will be happy to help you access your account.
Fees can be paid through eFunds or on the first day of school.
During on-site registration, we will not be giving out schedules, parking passes, supply lists, yearbooks, lockers, or tours of the building.
Dixie High School will be closed June 17, 2024 through June 21, 2024.

The 2024 Miss Emerald Pageant will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 7:00 PM. This will be the first time that we have had enough girls participate to do the pageant since 2018. Tickets are on sale now on GoFan.co.

JV Football plays at home tonight against Calhoun Falls at 6pm. Community-wide Homecoming Pep Rally will be held immediately after the game. Concessions will be open. Come out and enjoy a great evening at Dixie!
Varsity football game tonight at Dixie against Liberty at 7:30pm. Concessions will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches, papa John’s pizza, candy and drinks for sale at the trailers. "Starting Monday, 8/21/23, the Dixie High School car rider line for morning drop off and afternoon pick up will be moved to the back of the school (Band room and Old Hall) in the paved parking lot. Refer to the map for a better understanding. It is also the entrance for staff and student drivers to their parking area.
Students should only enter and exit the vehicle in the designated drop off/pick-up area, which will be marked. This is for student safety.
No vehicles will be parked in the lot. Cones, signs, and teachers will be placed throughout the line to guide parents."
