Today at CTE we celebrated all of the wonderful veterans who served our country! Led by our music teacher, Mrs. Joyce Montalvo, our first grade students sang a variety of patriotic songs. In addition to the first grade, the Dixie High School Band provided music. We were happy to welcome our guest speaker, Staff Sergeant Bobby Russell, who served in the Army for 12 years.
We thank all of the men and women who have served in the armed forces and help protect and ensure all of the freedoms that we enjoy as Americans. We also want to thank our very own veteran, Mr. Clendaniel! We thank you for your service during your time in the Coast Guard!
The program will be held again tonight at 6:00 pm.
